I will try to simplify what this is, in general this is a scientific method for repairing and or replacing areas of the DNA strand to alter the genetic makeup of the subject. 

Whether one for moral or religious beliefs finds this as an unethical technology is open for discussion, and I look forward to a dialog from all. Speaking with my wife, she suggest just such is the case in her view. In retort I asked if this is unethical based on one's moral or religious ideas would then also the use of cancer treatment and other such medical therapy be as well?
